周四我参加了市教研室在实验中学组织的“初四英语复习研讨会”。通过培训，我感触颇深，真正体会到了什么是真正意义上的复习，现将体会总结如下： 1．首先进行了是由宋水晶老师执教的初四复习课。听完这节课，我感觉自愧不如。这节课容量大，节奏好，有讲有练，知识构建网络清晰，教师无论是在知识还是教学经验上都显得比较丰富，并且善于总结考题与做题技巧，在复习时及时将知识与中考考点相联，学生们有了丰富的做题经验。相比之下，而我的教学却相差甚远。反思自己的教学，我在备课上确实缺少力度，今后我应向优秀教师学习，做到在布置给学生的题先做，做到有侧重点，并加强反馈。在复习时要做到两轮三阶段复习。在复习基础时一定要耐心给学生总结，提前找好相关练习题，严格把握课堂与复习节奏，争取将复习效率提升一个档次。 2．接下来是由教研员引导大家研究复习策略并讨论了在复习中应注意的事项。通过讨论，我认识到中考各题型发展趋势，复习方向与训练技巧。在今后的复习中我会注意积累，争取在大原则引导下摸索出符合自己学生的复习方式。 3．最后是由实验、午级教师交流复习与集体备课方法，充分体现了团结合作的重要性和必要性。今后我会多向优秀教师学习，不闭关自守，多学习有效的复习方式，争取在中考中取得理想成绩。 总之，现在进入复习阶段，一定要从实际出来，制定出符合我校学生复习方法，做好各种复习准备，争创佳绩！
谈到外语学习，匈牙利有一位叫卡莫·洛姆布的人说：“我大致用了25年的时间学习了16种语言，10种达到能说的程度，另外6种达到能翻译专业书刊，阅读和欣赏文艺作品的程度。” “我把自己漫游外语天地所获得的心得体会总结为十条： 1、学习外语一天也不能中断。倘若确实没有时间，哪怕每天挤出10分钟也行；早晨是学习外语的大好时光。 2、要是学厌了，不必过于勉强，但也不要扔下不学。这时可以改变一下学习方式；比如把书放到一边去听听广播，或暂时搁下课本的练习去翻翻词典等。 3、绝不要脱离上下文孤立地去死背硬记。 4、应该随时地记下并背熟那些平日用得最多的“句套子”。 5、尽可能‘心译’你接触到的东西，如一闪而过的广告，偶而听到的话语，这也是一种休息的方式。 6、只有经过教师修改的东西才值得牢记。不要反复去看那些做了而未经别人修改的练习，看多了就会不自觉地连同错误的东西一起记在脑了里。假如你纯属自学而无旁人相助，那你就去记那些肯定是正确无误的东西。 7、抄录和记忆句子和惯用语时要用单数第一人称，如“i am only pulling your leg"(我只是要戏弄你) 8、外语好比碉堡，必须同时从四面八方向它围攻：读报纸，听广播，看原文电影，听外语讲演，攻读课本，和外国朋友通讯，来往，交谈等等。 9、要敢于说话，不要怕出错误，要请别人纠正错误。尤为重要的当别人确实为你纠正错误时，不要难为情，不要泄气。 10、要坚信你一定能达到目的，要坚信自己有坚强不屈的毅力和语言方面的非凡才能……
有言道“读书先需识字”，nc4不过是碰巧成为那部英文识字书罢了。真正的读书道路还很长很长。
建议听录音选择英版的，在你买《新概念》时配套的磁带就是英版，而且这是经典录音。我听的是美版的，但个人认为英版的好。除非你想学美式发音。
对于《新概念》的学习，首先要告诉你的是一定要下苦功夫，不能嫌烦，坚持下去。而且要从第一册开始学起，这样对于你以后的学习会有好处的。相对来说，第一册简单一些，基本上是一些日常对话，或者简单的叙述性短文。别看简单，如果你能脱口而出的话，就已经相当了不起了，而且，对于第二、三、四册的改写范文，能够打下坚实的基础。
背诵二、三、四册全文，理解性的去记忆，无须一字不落，你学英文的目的是为了能够表达思想，而不是单纯的背诵。机械式的背诵只能让你打击自信，失败得更快。要理解性的去背诵，当明白课文的意思时，就要学会去改写它，把范文中所有的文章改写为自己的事情，让自己成为第一人，而不是一个阅读者。这样，你的记忆才能深刻，才能积累语言，迅速的表达思想。书后的练习一定要做，同样也是改写成自己的事情，虚拟一个自己从未做过的事情也可以。只有理解性的记忆才是自己真实拥有的，别“傻背”。
磁带要天天听，早、中、晚，各一次。就像你听流行歌曲一样，听多了，记忆自然就深刻了。刚开始，要逐词逐句的听，听出来的要默写出来，不要看书。利用词典去查每个单词的音标、注解。自己写出中文解释，不要看书。最后都写出来了，再和书上对照。准确无误后，就去跟随录音大声的朗读，直到语气、发音和录音相同为止。要保证听完的磁带每隔5－7天就重新听一遍。边听边跟着说。
每天不要过多的记忆，有5句话足以，多了什么也记不住，不要去考虑进度，当你对英语有了感觉后，速度是突飞猛进的。心不要太急，戒骄戒躁，就像一个人猛吸一口气，他可以跑得很快，但他永远跑不远。就是这个道理。
再背书时，每次都把要被的内容写出来，再和原书去对照，拿着你默写的去背。你的书翻得越少越好！磁带越多听越好。
不要平凡更换教材，如果你下决心学《新概念》了，就把它学到底。用不着4册都学完的时候，你就已经能够轻松阅读英文原著了。
平时还要多注意创造语言环境，只要有英文的就看，是英文的就听。这样量变才能达到质变。

Every Girl Can Be A Princess
A Little Princess is a touching novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett—a famous novelist and dramatist. It obviously contains lots of fancied plots, but the parts it talks about creating miracles, can really reach the bottom of my heart. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.
In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. Sara was confident, brave, optimistic and kind-hearted just like before and she had never given up her enthusiasm of life. No matter when, Sara acted like a princess, and on account of this, she had accomplished a great deal of miracles over and over again.
After reading this outstanding book, I was shocked by Sara, a little girl who suffered such unimaginable pain and tortures, but still had an opposite attitude towards life. What impresses me most is that Sara put on her act of being a princess when she wore thin bottom shoes, wading in the street of London. From my point of view, her spirit of being so strong-minded when she was in hard times is worth admiring.
Truly, every girl is a princess coming into common life. The “princess” I mean is not a princess living in the palace and being regarded as the apple of everyone’s eye. As the matter of fact, the “princess” is at heart. I am in the belief that every ordinary girl in the world can be a princess. The way for a girl to be a princess is quite simple. Just suppose! You can suppose yourself to be a princess, and go about your business confidently without caring how the others would treat you. If you want to have more resemblance to a princess, be more kind and try your best to help the people in need. The most important thing you are supposed to do is that to feel like a real princess at any occasion, particularly when you are involved with enormous melancholy. Do not feel the conditions you faced are extremely wretched and attempt to get rid of the feeling of hopelessness and uneasiness. The less you look like a princess, the more you need to feel like a princess at heart.
Every girl can be a princess if she can do all I mentioned, no matter she is rich, beautiful or not. To speak truthfully, I cannot do as well as Sara. However, I will exert myself on being a princess mentally.
Do not feel depressed any more, to be a well-thought-of princess like Sara. You can do it, because Every Girl Can Be A princess.
Many people simply regard Pride and Prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. She perfectly reflected the relation between money and marriage at her time and gave the people in her works vivid characters.
The characters have their own personalities. Mrs. Bennet is a woman who makes great efforts to marry off her daughters. Mr. Bingley is a friendly young man, but his friend, Mr. Darcy, is a very proud man who seems to always feel superior. Even the five daughters in Bennet family are very different. Jane is simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. Elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. Mary likes reading classic books. （Actually she is a pedant.） Kitty doesn’t have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, Lydia. Lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. When I read the book, I can always find the same personalities in the society now. That is why I think this book is indeed the representative of the society in Britain in the 18th century.
The family of gentleman in the countryside is Jane Austen’s favourite topic. But this little topic can reflect big problems. It concludes the stratum situation and economic relationships in Britain in her century. You can find these from the very beginning of this book.
The first sentence in this book is impressive. It reads: “It is a truth well known to all the world that an unmarried man in possession of a large fortune must be in need of a wife”。 The undertone is very clear: the foundation of the marriage at that time is not emotion but possession.
People always think that Austen was an expert at telling love stories. In fact, the marriage in her book is not the result of love, but the result of economic needs. After reading this book, I know the truth is that a poor woman must be in need of a husband, a wealthy man.
I couldn’t forget how eager Mrs. Bennet wants to marry off her daughters. If you want to know why she is so crazy about these things, I must mention the situation in Britain at that time. Only the eldest son had the privilege of inheriting his father’s possessions. Younger sons and daughters who are used to luxurious lives have no choice but marry a man or woman in possession of a large fortune to continue their comfortable lives. Thus, we can see that getting married is a way to become wealthier, particularly for women without many possessions. Jane Austen told us that money and possession determined everything, including marriage and love in her century.
In “Pride and Prejudice”， the sister of Mr. Bingley strongly opposed his plan of marrying Jane because the Bennets don’t have many possessions and their social positions are much lower than them. From this, we can see there are a lot of obstacles for a not very rich woman to marry a wealthy husband. The society, the relatives would not allow them to get married.
In modern society, although the marriages of economic needs have decreased rapidly, the concept of “money determines everything” is still rooted in some people’s mind. A lot of parents try hard to interfere their children’s marriages. Education background, possessions, jobs remains the main reason that may influence one’s marriage. Marry for money is still a big problem in our society. We can’t help thinking: can money determine everything?
Austen left this problem for us to think. The genius of Jane Austen lies in this perfect simplicity, the simplicity that reflects big problems. Although Austen was only 21 when she wrote “Pride and Prejudice”， her sharp observation of social lives makes the style of this book surprisingly mature and lively. The plots in her works are always very natural. The development of the plot is as inevitable as a problem in mathematics. I think the depth of Pride and Prejudice is the reason that makes this book prominent and classic. Today, her book still can be the guide telling us the economic relationships both at her time and in modern time.
时间如流水般淌过，转眼间期中段考也已结束，成绩也已经公布了。望着试卷上的分数，我惊讶了。因为这并不是我真正想要的分数。为什么我不能考得再高一些呢！于是，我开始自我检查。
我每到考试的时候总因紧张而很着急，为此，我想出了几个办法。1。解答题时，不要急于下笔，要先在草稿纸上列出这道题的主要步骤，然后按照步骤一步步做下来，不忽略每一个细节，尽量把每一道题都答得完整；2。平时多做一些不同类型的题，这样就会对大多数题型熟悉，拿到试卷心中就有把握；3。适当做一些练习。我想如果我能做到我以上提到的这几点，我一定能把考试中的失误降到最低。因此，我一定会尽力做到以上几点的。
但我想单单只靠以上几点还是不够的，我还就该拥有几点科学应试技巧。于是，我根据我自己的实际情况想出了几点。第一点：拿到考卷后，应把考卷整体审视一遍，看一看哪些题目比较容易，哪些题目比较难。第二点：先从简单的题做起，把那些好拿的分数全部拿过来。第三点：遇到难题，实在不能马上写出来的话，不要死死地盯着那道题，而忽略了别的题，应把所有会做的题做完才努力解答那道题。第四点：考完后，认真地检查，看看自己有没有把题目看错或抄错。
在下一次考试中，我一定会尽自己最大的努力做到最好
通过这次考试，我发现自己在这段时间学习的严重不足。单选题的错误在于平时听课效率不够高，笔记做得不完善，复习又不全面，像XX这样的知识点未弄明白，等等。所以在唯一可以把握书本知识的题目上出错，针对这点，以后一定要把握好课堂45分钟，不懂的地方及时问老师、同学。
完形和阅读因为平时的积累不够，未完全掌握答题要领和方法，所以出现未弄清题意、等现象，如XXXXXXXXXX（针对本次考试错误的地方举例），所以以后要多做完形、阅读，积累答题技巧，把课本的知识拓展、灵活运用，这样，才不会在下次考试中出现类似的问题
总之，平时的十分重要，毕竟态度决定成败，我相信通过下个阶段的努力，我一定能在下次考试中取得好的成绩！
在各科成绩当中，我的英语算较差的一门，其中听力、阅读也是最薄弱的。所以，我想我可以利用周末的时间，做一些听力、阅读的辅导材料，来提高我的英语成绩。我想是不够的，我应该从现在做起，施行我的计划。还需要持之以恒的精神，这也是最重要的一点，我想我假如做到了这一点，我的英语成绩一定能变好。
要想语文成绩变好，应该多看一点课外书，提高写作水平。因为现在语文考试写作占很多分，要想语文成绩变好，首先写作水平必须得提高，这样才能抓到分数。还应该多积累一些好词好句，和古诗，这些都是有百益而无一害的，对语文考试也都有一定的帮助。
这次考试虽然没有考好，但是我相信，我只要照着我上面写的学习方法做，我的成绩一定会变好。我下次的目标是全年级150名之前。

我用我的方法。从高一时90多，到高考129。大学六级524，四级552
首先先你要端正心态，不要急躁，不管别人考多少分，你做你自己的事，这样才能静下心来学习。要成为英语高手就必须比别人走更多的路，做更多的事，所以单词和语法都要拿下。
首先，对于单词，有如下几种方法，第一个，是加强记忆的频度，也就是说，早上记了几个，隔几个小时又看一次，总之一天之内，记忆的间隔不要太长，否则你辛苦积累的记忆会随着时间的延长而淡化，第二个，是可以根据自己的理解编顺口溜，比如good morning 是狗摸你…(见笑了)…，第三个，最重要的是，记单词的时候，不要忘了阅读，一边记单词，一边看文章，这样可以把孤立的单词串联起来，记忆的效果会加倍，第四个。我建议你记单词要分门别类记忆，要形成一个意群，比如，重要性用magnitude magnificence ，表示非常，大大地有exceedingly，tremendously，extremely……这样做在你写作时，是十分有好处的，写作时不要尽写一些低级词汇，你要写高级词汇，比如重要性写magnitude，许多写a multitude of 或者handsome。
其次，是语法。学习语法，首先要明白什么是主谓宾定状补，什么是系动词，什么是直接宾语，间接宾语，这些是学习语法的基础，语法是房子，主谓宾定状补等是沙石砖瓦 ：
1) 状语是指描述被描述对象的状态，包括时间状语，地点状语，方式状语，伴随状语，让步状语等
2) 定语是指被描述对象(名词，代词)的特征，包括颜色，气味，重量，年龄，材料等
3) 表语一般是be 动词以及某些特殊动词(比如turn ，smell等) 后面的形容词，分词，不定式等
4) 主语指的是动作的施动者，或者是被描述的对象，包括名词，代词，非谓语动词(不定式，动名词，过去分词作主语)等
5) 谓语指的是动作本身(也就是动词本身)，be 动词
6) 宾语指的是动作的承受者，或者是与主语相对比的对象，也包括名词，代词，等
7) 从句指的是复合句中的起从属作用的句子，复合句指的是一个句子中有两重或者两重以上的主谓宾(定状补)成分，这几个有独立主谓宾结构的句子通过连词连接(比如and which that where what等)，比如i want to tell you that he is a cheat(我想告诉你他是个骗子)，这里有两套主谓宾(定状补先不说)第一套是主语i 谓语want 宾语是tell后面的成分(you that he is a cheat);第二套：主语he 谓语is 宾语a cheat ，这两个句子通过连词that 连接，通过句子意思可以判断：“我想告诉你“是主句，”他是一个骗子“是从句
最后，我建议你，平时读报，或者做题的时候，发现有好的句子好的词汇，你要抄下来，长期下来，你的作文会有提高的，需要说明的是，这个提高过程可能很缓慢，但是最后能收到很好的效果，以前25分的作文我都能保证在21-23这个级别，靠的就是对语法的熟练掌握和积累了许多较高级的词汇，句型，句子。我个人的理解是，在你的语法达到基本不会出错的程度上，作文便应该以词汇取胜，因为在这个层次上，大家的语法都差不多，没什么变化，唯一有变化的就是你的词汇!给你打个比方吧，很多想到“许多”就用many，但是你别忘了many a ;handsome;massive，innumerable;很多人想到“专家”就写expert，但很少人会想到specialist，很多人在想到“擅长”这词，就写be good at ，却不知还有更高级的表达法：be expert at 或者excel in ……高手和庸才，就体现在这些细微的差别上 !
我是一名小学教师，为了成为一名更合格的英语老师，特定在xxx培训了一个月，令我获益匪浅，下面谈谈我的感受。
在听完如何上好一节英语课的讲座中，我明白教与学这个双边关系中，教师要培养学生的学习兴趣和良好学习习惯。古人云：“温故而知新”。这就要求我们每一位教师要把“短时高频率”作为教学的一个注意事项。英语教师要合理利用有限的时间帮助学生预习新知和巩固复习，不断提高课堂教学的有效性。
我们不仅要加强提升自身的专业素养，提升个人魅力。还要不断反思，要想从工作中不断提高自己的教学水平就少不了这个环节；不断的反思、改进。教师职业没有最好，只有更好。在不断的反思与积累中获得属于自己的经验与方法，并且能将这种方法深化为一种理论，这便是做一名教师的最高境界了。
此次培训，更新了我的新课程教学理念，提高了我驾驭英语课堂的能力，为我的英语新课堂教学打开新天地。在今后的工作中，我都会铭记这段培训的日子，因为，它让我觉得成名一名英语老师的快乐。
